Our weight loss programs are conducted in 45 minutes blocks 3-4 days a week, and are sold in 3, 6 or 12 months agreements. We offer monthly payments for easier budgeting.
Small Group Personal Training Program
We offer small group personal training for those that need the motivation, accountability, and instruction a personal trainer while working with friends, co-workers and others that help SUPPORT your fitness program. If so a small group personal training program is an affordable alternative.
Unlike fitness or cardio boot camp, we work with 2-4 people at the same time. So there is still some personal attention, yet not the added cost of the one on one personal training fees.
We encourage you to start with a small group personal training class even if our a beginner. There is no need to feel intimidated working with others that have more experiecne than you. Everyone will get their fair share of intensity that fits their needs. Furthermore, working in a group of well training individuals is inspiring, but is one of the best ways to motivate yourself.
